Terms of Service

These terms cover the current preview service. Paid jobs, identity verification and payouts are not yet generally available and will be governed by additional terms before launch.

These Terms form an agreement between you and Linkedmodo, operated by Kmolpat Tongtape in Thailand. By using Linkedmodo, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

Who may use Linkedmodo

You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter this agreement. You are responsible for accurate account information, safeguarding your sign-in credentials and activity under your account.

Your account and content

You retain ownership of content you upload. You give Linkedmodo a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to host, reproduce, resize, display and distribute that content only as needed to operate, improve and promote the service. This licence ends when content is deleted, except for reasonable backups, legal retention and content shared by others with your permission.

You must have the rights and permissions needed for every image, credit, name and other item you publish. Credits must be accurate and must not imply participation or endorsement without permission.

Community rules

Do not use Linkedmodo for harassment, discrimination, exploitation, scams, impersonation, non-consensual or sexualised content involving minors, unlawful services, infringement, malware, scraping or attempts to bypass security. Do not pressure anyone to move communication or payment off-platform for deceptive purposes. We may remove content, limit features or suspend accounts to protect users and the service.

Creative work and transactions

Users are responsible for evaluating collaborators, agreeing to scope, rights, fees, expenses, cancellation terms and deliverables. Unless expressly stated for a specific transaction, Linkedmodo is not a party to the creative services contract and does not guarantee a user’s identity, work, conduct or results.

Before paid features launch, we will disclose the payment flow, platform fees, payout timing, refund process, dispute responsibility and any reserves or holds. Payment processing services may be provided by Stripe and subject to the Stripe Connected Account Agreement and Stripe Services Agreement.

Verification

A verification indicator means only that specified checks were completed at a point in time. It is not a recommendation, background check, guarantee of skill or guarantee of future conduct. Attempting to falsify verification information may result in permanent removal.

Service availability

Linkedmodo is provided on an “as available” basis. Preview features may change, pause or be removed. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim implied warranties and are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential loss. Nothing in these Terms excludes rights or liability that cannot legally be excluded.

Termination and governing law

You may stop using Linkedmodo at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for violations, risk, legal requirements or discontinuation. These Terms are governed by the laws of Thailand, without limiting mandatory consumer rights that apply where you live.
