Privacy Policy
Linkedmodo is currently in development. Features involving identity verification, payments and payouts will be activated only after their providers and safeguards are fully configured.
This policy explains how Linkedmodo, operated by Kmolpat Tongtape in Thailand (“Linkedmodo”, “we”, “us”), handles personal information when you use our websites, apps and related services.
Information we collect
We may collect account details such as your email address, handle, display name and authentication identifiers; profile and portfolio content you choose to publish; work preferences and approximate location; messages, invitations and activity needed to provide the service; device, log and security information; and communications sent to support.
When verification or payment features are enabled, specialist providers such as Stripe may collect identity, bank and payment information directly. Linkedmodo should not receive complete card or bank credentials that those providers process on our behalf.
How we use information
- Provide accounts, profiles, portfolios, discovery and collaboration features.
- Authenticate users, prevent fraud, enforce platform rules and protect the community.
- Process work-related transactions and payouts when those features become available.
- Respond to support requests and send essential service communications.
- Improve reliability, accessibility and user experience.
- Comply with law and resolve disputes.
What is public
Information you publish on a profile or portfolio may be visible to other users or the public. Draft work settings and restricted verification information are not intended to be public. Please do not upload sensitive personal information to public fields.
Sharing
We may share information with service providers that help operate Linkedmodo, including Google Firebase for authentication, hosting and databases; Cloudinary for portfolio media; and Stripe for identity, payment and payout services when enabled. We may also disclose information when required by law, to protect people or the service, or as part of a business reorganisation with appropriate safeguards.
International transfers and retention
Linkedmodo is designed for a worldwide community. Providers may process information outside your country. We retain information only as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described here, including security, legal, tax and dispute requirements.
Your choices and rights
You can edit much of your profile in the app and control whether certain information is displayed. Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict or object to processing, or request a portable copy. Contact us to exercise a right. We may need to verify your request.
Children
Linkedmodo is not currently intended for children under 18. We do not knowingly permit under-18 users while identity, consent and safety measures for younger creators are still being designed.
Security and changes
We use technical and organisational safeguards, but no online service can guarantee absolute security. We may update this policy as the service develops and will revise the effective date or provide additional notice for material changes.
